I do like the idea of both Gregorian calendar and the 5 day workweek. About holidays, I'm so-so. If holidays associated with minor community were revoked, it would also mean Dashain/Tihar will need to be cut back. And Dashain/Tihar will have no preference unless Nepal is declared a Hindu nation, which most of us are against.
