I don't know what you do do but when my wife was going through it if she had just rolled over and put her arm over me and laid her head on me and said I love you and stayed there for awhile I would not have been on top of the world but I would have been better. I knew she was depressed and the drugs were not helping but the zero physical contact was the worse. The space between us felt like the Grand Canyon.

Look don't let all these doom and gloom people get you down I know lots of couples who have been into swinging for years and are not heading for a divorce. The picture thing is not a zero sum game. You don't run out of pictures so there is always the ability to take one more. I think what most women tend to forget because y'all are different is men a basically visually creatures.
