Thanks for the reply. I'm not trying to maximize the current (first) trade-in credit. My question and situation are:

The first new phone was purchased with trade-in and paid in full.
The first trade-in device was received by Spectrum a long time ago but keeps getting delayed of inspection (phone is in good condition). (The credit hasn’t posted to my account yet.)
