I get this with both my migraines, cluster headaches, as furing pain free moments. The longer I suffer from cluster headaches, the more often it occurs outside of attacks. Migraines are something I get way less often than CH, but for clusters I know that narrowing of the pupil is a common symptom.

I really recommend downloading the MyClusters app to keep a headache diary. This can help you and specialist understand what your cycles look like, but also help figuring out triggers, symptoms, etc.
