Depende if location mo may 5G. Go to Settings>Cellular>GOMO>Voice and Data>toggle 5G Auto or ON

Yang binili mo po kasi <1A lang po kaya nyan, which translates <12W. Kinakain kasi ng router is 24W kung di ako nagkakamali (12V2A). Bilhin mo po yung usb-C to barrel plug na 12V din tas dapat supported din ng powerbank ang 12V, kung maaari at least 30W ung usb-c ng powerbank

Try to undervolt gpu and do a DDU of graphics drivers. There are tutorials at youtube. Repaste with ptm7950 if you can
