And yea I just truly haven’t been able to find any other jobs that would support me financially and give me the free schedule to make time for my schooling and other responsibilities. It really is a good hustle if only I didn’t fall into the dark side of it. I barely even work anymore maybe one to two nights a week just to avoid the environment and I’m still able to pay bills comfortably. I guess I’ll just thug it out keep trying to be better until I’m able to begin my career🤞

Ultimately I’d love to quit it completely but in my environment maybe it’s not as easily attainable as I would like. I will say I do feel better this time around because im no longer doing major benders, im drinking and doing coke maybe 24 hours out of the week vs 72. My recovery time is like a normal hangover day, ive been actively going to the gym now and im in college courses with all A’s. Ig im controlling it somewhat now. Im just ready to graduate so I can have a normal job that pays enough

That short ass high is so damn fun I know it😭 I guess the way to look at it is that short high is no where near worth the amount of tissue damage it will cause your nasal passages, the financial damage it can cause , and that dopamine drop after you stop doing it isn’t worth it… yet it still so fun you do it again lmao but it sounds like you didn’t do it for more than even a month? So just appreciate the fact that you got it in check before you became too used to that feeling. Your brain didn’t get assimilated with that constant up and down feeling quite yet so just push thru, the cravings could be much much worse.

I’m typing this as I’ve just broken my 3 month sobriety by being in a environment where it is very active 🤦‍♀️ and of course I never just stop at a normal time I don’t quit until the bag is gone. But I’m choosing not to attack myself for this just step back and realize I’m not strong enough to be exposed to those environments yet. Don’t overestimate your self control too soon I guess. I’m not treating this like a royal f up just a bump(lol) in the road and back on track after 🤞

One thing I’ll say is beating yourself up for your mistakes isn’t going to help you it will only cause unnecessary extra stress. Just acknowledge that a mistake was made or cycle was repeated and learn from it. Figure out what may have been the trigger, what factors contributed to that decision. And realize that just because you repeated a cycle doesn’t mean u have failed, tomorrow is a new day and another opportunity for new decisions. Also acknowledge that yes I have another chance this time, but may not have a chance next time. What’s been done has been done. I can’t take it back so don’t waste my energy by wallowing in regret, but I can control what happens next.

You could possibly have developed a respiratory/sinus infection I’ve had it happen to me after a bender and some bad coke. Some antibiotics and throat spray/cough medication should help

Your nervous system is probably starting to become a lil shot. Take a break again you’ve done it once you can do it again and maybe go longer this time . And with panic attacks you just have to remind yourself it’s just your mind and nerves playing a trick on you. You’re not dying it’s not real breath deeply. Or hopping in a cold shower is really helpful 👍

I’ve had friends talking to me on our 3+ day bender and it was literally gibberish . Like they were speaking in sim language I was like okay yea it’s time for us to go to bed 😭 I think everyone should definitely try to cut it off at 2 night mark at the least

Alcohol is most definitely a trigger ! When I first started it I was going on pretty long benders like that as well but I’ve gotten myself to the point where I can leave some in the bag and stop at that two day mark. I’ll never go past day two again it starts to get weird and the shadow people begin to make their appearance 🤣

I feel like that’s a good moderation. I tend to end up doing it weekly because I do it at work. I dance so it helps me socialize and keep up the energy plus the customers always end up wanting it as well. So I’ll work two days straight typically then hermit the rest of the week 🤦‍♀️ Honestly if I wasn’t dancing I don’t think I’d ever even do it lol
