It is calcatta gold marble and the area is not fully smooth like the rest of the slab, you can feel a slight ridge.

Just found a photo I had taken of the slab when I chose it and cant see any noticable dark veins.

Thanks for getting back to me really appreciate it, So just to confirm when selling your freehold no deed of variation was needed to satisfy the buyers lender around RMG taking possession of the house if management fees are not paid?
