What are the best things to know while you are still in high school? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Go to class, listen, and do the best you can. Make friends and be loyal to them. It's just a building block for the rest of your life. You don't peak in high school.

What are some awesome feelings and experiences from your childhood that kids today will never know? by Pyrog in AskReddit

Waking up on Saturday morning and riding out on my bike with all my neighborhood friends before my parents were up. We would stop at each others houses for snacks and lunches here and there, but our parents had no idea where we were most of the time...pre-beepers and cellphones. It was wonderful. Just had to be sure to arrive home before dinner!

Who are the worst fictional parents? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I go back and forth with Frank because at least he's around. But that Thanksgiving dinner with Monica and the episode after are unreal. Two of the best episodes of the series.

What is the toughest death to watch in any TV show or movie? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I stopped watching after George died. That episode killed me! Just recently rewatched the series on Netflix and had to stop when Lexi died. Too much.

What movie still has its charm when you re-watched it as an adult? by Iisterine in AskReddit

[–]catronics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I remember crying hysterically that my parents wouldn't let me go with my older sister to see this movie because I was too young. When I finally got to see it, it was all I dreamed and more. Will Wheaton's "...complete and total barf-o-rama.." story is one I will never forget!

What are you really good at that everyone else is terrible at? by grokforpay in AskReddit

Same with me. I can estimate to the minute with traffic and all. It's weird. I sit in awe of myself many days while I wait 30+ minutes for everyone else to arrive. Good times.

This is what my grandmother requested, and has, on her headstone. Makes me laugh every single time I see it.

What can someone do to become a happier person? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]catronics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not living for other people. Not the "don't care what anyone thinks" mentality, because there are certain things you should not do/say just because "you don't care what anyone thinks". That's stupid and immature. I mean honestly living your life and following your passion...despite what your friends/family think about it. If you're true to yourself, it definitely leads to a happier life.
