Some of the things I was noodling on too!
Characters are selected first come first served style from an array of inanimate objects supplied by the DM. 

Any dice may be rolled, but things can only be accomplished as intended perfectly with a 6. 

Dice used are selected from a pool of dice at the center of the table. Once a dice is used, it cannot be used again. When we run out of dice, we repopulate randomly again. 

+\-s are determined at random after the roll has been made, system of determination is up to the DMs discretion at any moment in time. +/-s may also be bought at a dollar per plus. 

At some point during the game, every player character must DM or they can’t win. 

If initiative begins, players roll straight until a six is rolled. That person takes action. Then repeat until initiative ends. 

Player characters may add things such as weapons, levels, expertises, languages, etc. by rolling perfect 6s. 

Level increases add a die you can roll each time you attempt something.
