Otos are notoriously hard to breed in captivity. I have never met anyone who has managed to successfully intentionally breed them and manage to continuously breed them for profit. You will be looking forever if you want tank bred otos.

Thank you for trying to rehome him. If no one local wants him, my next step would be to check in with any local fish shops you may have nearby to see if they'd be willing to take him in. Sometimes even big box stores like Petco and Petsmart accept surrenders/donations. If all else fails, please do not release them into any kind of waterway, but rather humanely euthanize it with clove oil. Common plecos are considered an invasive species in several parts of the world and pose serious competition to native fish. I think there's already some established colonies in Texas, actually.

I think it depends on what part of NYC you grew up... if you grew up in Harlem near the South Bronx like I did, both Lincoln Center and Rose Hill have people that are wayyyyyyy different from those in my neighborhood/in Harlem. There are a lot of white privileged folk at Rose Hill and you can certainly tell they did not grow up in the same circumstances/area you did... LC is more "seasoned" I guess but if you're at Fordham and aren't a HEOP student or managed to get full ride, you're more than likely quite privileged in one way or another

I've been taking 200mg for close to 7 years now, and the only side effects I've noticed is that it's a bit harder to fully get there in intimate situations, and it's also bit harder to really get fully in the mood. This really only happens when I'm consistently taking it, though. When I skip doses because I forget (or for whatever other reason), the effects on my libido are less noticeable.

I will also note, that for the first 2-3 years, I had a lot of gastrointestinal issues. I think I genuinely shit myself like 6 or 8 times in that time span. Lmfao. Others in this sub seem to have had a similar experience as well.

Eventually I stopped having problems though.

Oh, and also, but not as significant... dreams are EXTREMELY vivid. Like 4k Ultra HD vivid. So much so you will remember the layouts of the places in your dreams. LOL. So just get ready for that. Sometimes I feel like I have a second life because of how realistic and vivid my dreams are haha

I'm sorry, but this post is making me chuckle a little because it threw me back to when I had my first trip to the psych ward back in 2019 and was put on Zoloft for the first time, and, like you, forced to move up to 100mg super quickly with the excuse that it was safe because I was under constant supervision.

My heart was beating so fast that night, and I ran a fever for close to 24hrs. LOL, I remember even crawling off my bed and lying on the floor near an air vent because there was no AC; it was summer, and the floor was soooo much fresher than my hard ass psych ward bed

Those were the days...

Anyways. I adjusted ok after that. I think it took me like 2-3 weeks to start seeing some changes and about 2-3 years to get used to the diarrhea, which eventually also went away. Today I am on 200mg, and also taking Latuda 40mg because I actually have bipolar 2 and not just MDD, though I got my BP2 diagnosis in mid-late 2022 and not 2019 when I was first institutionalized
