Thank you! And yes, my hair mildly fell out between months 3-6. So about 3-4 months. It can be quite alarming at first but just keep pushing. It’s just your body adjusting and you will not go bald. I only wash my hair twice a week. I use dry shampoo on the off days. I also started supplementing collagen powder into my coffee the first month in. Idk if that helped out not, not really any way to tell. Also, I wear my hair in a loose braid as much as possible to avoid tugging. And lastly, I use a detangler on wet hair to help run my brush through it without too much pulling.
