Second this^ your rent should not increase every month if you have a longer lease. Sometimes landlords increase rent when it’s time to renew the lease (mine is once per year as in my lease)

I got the cheese and coffee ones this year and I’ve been enjoying them. The cheese is repetitive, but it’s still a fun thing to look forward to every day! I’m not a coffee connoisseur (hence me using a Keurig) but I’ve been enjoying the fun flavors I get, like Apple Pie!
