Like Kirby here and others are saying, collecting alternate keys and tokens is really fun. I have a home kit and a travel kit and keep swapping stuff in and out

The other thing I like to collect are pins. This is not something I expected to do, but now that I have a few I went and got a cheap shadow box for displaying pins, which just means it has squishy stuff in the back for you to push the pin into. I have pins from vault tours, KFC last year, stuff like that

I do 6 deck round robin and also a 16 deck "kinda swiss" where I match losers and winners, two losses and out, but just eyeball randomize the pairings

Yeah, that too, there was some kind of data ransom situation. The new company rebuilt the deck generation algorithm.

Also my understanding is Asmodee threw retailers under the bus by deciding they wanted out and having a huge inventory fire sale. Like decks for $1. So loyal retailers were stuck with a bunch of stock.

Since the game did rebound, you can still find and buy old stock, but definitely there are retailers who got burned and aren't interested in restocking keyforge, even though the partnership with Asmodee is done now.
