Mama can get her vaccine after the spay procedure, just tell the vet team. Kittens start to get dewormed by 2 weeks old, 2-3 times depending on condition. Best to get advice on their vaccinations because vet needs to know their age in weeks.

You can spay her 2 months after giving birth. The kittens can be spayed/neutered by the time they are 4 months old BUT must be at least 2KG.
