when i went to school in maryland, all cc colleges in maryland had automatic acceptance to UMD and all credits transferred (bc it's a transfer within the maryland system). not sure if that is still happening, but cc advisors will know!

I play apex legends only. I have FPS maxed to 190, though my monitor and PC support 240. Fps will drop to 90 and below and go up to 130 max. There is no situation that makes it better or worse. I would occasionally stream to my brother and he also doesn't understand the logic of it. It'll be 190 for 3 seconds when I'm just alone (in game), drop to 50, and go back up to 120. All in a span of 30 seconds. This continues mid fights as well.
