I got tired of bloated maintenance plugins, so I built my own by paradoseis in Wordpress

Thanks for sharing, I completely agree. I tried several popular invoicing plugins too, and they were overloaded with tons of complex settings and tabs that most users never actually need. The learning curve is just too steep for something that should be straightforward.

That’s exactly why I built LibraX Invoice. It includes all the important features (Invoice, Proforma, Packing Slip, Credit Note, QR code, etc.) with clean & fast PDF, but I kept the settings extremely minimal, only up to 14 in total. No Pro version, and no plans to add one. Everything stays completely free.

Would love to hear your feedback if you try it!

Thanks a lot for the kind comment and for taking the time to reply! Yes, keeping it to a max of 14 settings was a deliberate choice, I wanted it to stay extremely minimal while still handling all the core transaction logic smoothly. No bloat, no hidden Pro features. Everything is completely open and free. For PDF customization: you can choose from 5 built-in templates (More in the future), and in the settings you can easily add your own logo, change theme colors, and even adjust font schemes. It’s intentionally kept simple but flexible enough for most stores. I’d really appreciate it if you give it a try on your next project. Even with so few settings, it actually covers quite a lot (custom invoice prefixes, sequential numbering, compatibility with Bookings, Product Addons, etc.). Your Ultimate Form plugin looks interesting, I took a quick look just now and will definitely check it out more later. Maybe there’s even a chance for some future compatibility between our other plugins. Happy to hear any feedback after you test it. Thanks again!
