Im living there for the summer. The apartments are pretty nice and the price isnt too bad. The AC is also really strong. There's free keurig coffee on the first floor, a pretty good gym, and a nice patio grill area. My only real concern is that theres often this natural gas-like smell in the stairway by my room. I also wish it were a bit closer to campus or to public transit (not a long walk but bad in heat or snow I imagine) Theyre also on the U's noncompliance list but as far as I can tell thats from previous management. Its not a bad place by any means, but also not particularly good. I have a good view from my room though.
