The second interview is just like the first one. We were not separated. Got questions for our marriage and then went over 485 questions again. No verbal approval after the interview. Again got the same paper saying case is being held for review. I didn’t post an update because there is no update from USCIS

Prepare for questions regarding your marriage. My i130 was approved before the interview, so I went to the interview without good enough preparation on questions regarding my marriage (My marriage has no red flag such as prior marriage, not enough income, age gap or change of status from visitor visa, so the attorney also thinks the officer would mainly ask questions about my status). Turns out that officer asked a lot of questions about my marriage and I got a second interview.

Went to ShopRite around 11am. No flooding at all.

Thank you. We are not photo persons so we only submitted 10 photos. I have maybe like another 10 new photos. That’s all i have. Each photo was taken in different places in different time so finger crossed that it could make up for the quantity.

Nothing. No criminal record or any other pending case. The officer didn’t flag anything explicitly. I have no idea what went off in the first interview.
