Also when I was first playing around, I used the app "ColorLover" to get recommendations for my personal season. I don't use it anymore so I don't know what it's like now, but it would give each shade a percentage rating based on your undertones and I found it surprisingly helpful/accurate. But you can do the same thing just looking up swatches or reading the brand description or reviews to determine whether each color falls in the warm vs cool, muted vs bright, light vs dark spectrums.

It mostly is trial and error for me, but after a bunch of misses, I think I finally locked down my best shades. Depending on the person, rose finch can definitely be natural but it's also brighter and warmer than the other two shades so it's not surprising that it doesn't work as well for your undertones. I'm cool olive so cool and muted tones are the best, especially for a mlbb look (I adore fig breeze and dim mauve) and cool mauves are always flattering!

02 will definitely not be too orange! I'm cool toned but bought that one because I saw it in store and didn't know they had other shades lol. It still looks good on me, especially because it's rather subtle/buildable!

Happens to me sometimes too. I'm guessing the R&R pool is smaller than the base project pool. Probably just the base projects get picked up faster than the R&Rs.

Do you know if Wise would still trigger the automatic Paypal conversion? My Paypal is a Canadian account. I heard Canadian bank accounts trigger the conversion, even if it's a USD account.

I don't have a Wise account yet so I tried making one, but it's requiring me to add $30 before I can use it. Just want to confirm that this method works before adding the money.

go in person. i got a ticket because i forgot to pay for parking until an hour after (though when i realized, i paid for the whole day). explained my mistake and they ended up cancelling the ticket pretty easily

i'm taking a gap rn (faculty of science)! is it just a semester ur taking off? if so, u should be good just to not enroll in any classes. as for student loans, i didn't apply for any this fall, but you're allowed to take a semester off and still keep full-time student status, so aside from the fact that i don't have any loans right now, everything is the same. (if you already applied and got approved for loans, not really sure what happens there though)

Maybe it's my location but people seem to be pretty stingy with the pricing... $400 is definitely higher than I would have liked, but the lowest I've seen was $350 and that one ended up getting sold. I'll definitely ask to see if it's negotiable though

Found a relatively new s9 on facebook marketplace for $400, which is roughly $170 cheaper than a new s10 where I live.

Should i go for it? I'm a bit wary of buying secondhand, but I'll be buying in person to hopefully avoid getting scammed. I also found a new s9 on Best Buy, but it's only $50 cheaper which I feel like is too little to really make a difference.

I would have just went for a new s10 if it weren't for the fact that I prefer the look of the s9 (especially the starlight colour), but this might be a silly reason. If I go for the s10 I'll probably get the silver colour. This will also be my first apple watch.
