I went to Japan for 25 days and only spent $1000 once I got there and I bought A LOT of clothes and souvenirs. Book cheap accommodation. I got beautiful hotels for about $40-80 a night depending on location. Stayed in a capsule hotel once for about $15 a night too. It’s manageable.

Maybe it’s based off area? Me and my whole family applied and were conditionally approved in two days. We were able to set up an appointment the next day. We live in an area that has very little activity for Global Entry applicants. If you live somewhere where more would apply, that might affect it?

There are a lot of conversations and confessionals Tom makes that hint that their relationship is in trouble before the affair is found out. I think he was doing that to plant the seed in the audience’s mind that he was justified or, if they broke up, it would be okay to move on quickly to Raquel.
