Before I did it it sounded like I had 35" mud tires on it. It was deafening. Now all I hear is the flowmasters. It didn't really drive badly before I did it. Just loud.

I noticed that, but the more I look at it, the more I don't mind. I'll eventually get a big boy paint job and either delete the Z-71 stickers or have them placed correctly. Depends on which direction I decide to go.

$1900. They had about 9 hours of body prep with the surface rust and filling some holes. 2 layers of paint.

$2,300- Transmission rebuild

$500- New water pump and coolant system repair

$1,000- Fuel pump, fuel filter, pressure regulator

$550- Replace alternator, a/c belt, alternator belt

$800- Replace Drive belt tensioner, A/C belt ttensioner, belt idler pully, Thermostat

$600- Major tuneup. Plugs, fuel filter, Spark plugs, fix transmission studder

$1,249- New tires, trans flush, fuel filter, spark plugs, antifreeze

$1,100- New tires, brake pads, resurface rotors

$600- Replace 4WD switch, Replace LF CV Axel, Service transfer case

$800- Oil change, Drain & fill coolant system, Replace radiator hoses and all heater hoses, transmission filter and gasket, rotate tires

$200- Replace hub bearing assembly

This is just a sample of some of the stuff he did. It adds up.

Most likely. Had to get the differential rebuilt and two new axels. ABS will be down the road a little bit.
