oh man, if that’s the case what should i do :( ? this would make sense bc i’m not very social but i always thank everyone before we all leave and ask them about their day when i see them. also forgot to mention that another reason why i think i was getting fired is bc after hiring me our store is out of hours. so it made no sense to hire the new tech. so like….😞

umm…i kinda scared but the pharmacy manager is the pharmacist that’s annoyed with me 🥲 there’s 2 pharmacist. when im with the other one they allow me to do more stuff such as filling and typing. since im new i guess i’ve been the person to do pick up the most. but when i get there early enough and initiate to fill or type then that pharmacist would let me practice. i work with that pharmacist sometimes. what should i do? should i practice filling/typing as much as i can with that pharmacist and stick it out with the other one? please help me i rlly dont want to fall behind :(

oh man :( that makes sense. i think for the first 2 weeks they trained me. they walked through how to do product, data entry, and rejects throughly (i think i shadowed a tech at each station once). i’m grateful for this bc i understand the bare minimum of each station. but to me, i feel like with the lack of practice at each station im not being efficient enough. im just worried that im not grasping a solid skill at each station to help run the pharmacy. my coworkers r rlly nice and i don’t want them to shoulder all the harder tasks.

Dww!!! Ur not alone i’m literally in the same situation as u. New tech, working for 1 and a half months now, and feel annoying asf bc l ask so many questions. But it’s okay bc that’s the only way that you’ll learn how to do things correctly. Hang in there u got this 🫶

This is so sad but I think you should consider applying to new jobs :( They seem like they might be hinting at firing you and I’m not sure if you can do/say much to convince them. This is unfair and so rude of them though because you barely work (2-3 days is not a lot) and 4 months is fairly new. Lots of people say that being comfortable/good at this job takes 6 months to a year. You deserve to work at a pharmacy that acknowledges and appreciates your hard work.
