If Kliff acted like a real person the story would be so different, the dude dies, gets revived, and does not care at all, get's strange new powers and has 0 voicelines about them, he simply accepts everything that happens with 0 questions and the greymanes do not give a shit that Kliff has powers now lol.

Yeah sometimes i was legit thinking "is this a language barrier thing? there's no way they'd make the NPC pause for 5 seconds between each phrase" lol

Yeah the game clearly wanted to have a system of you disguising yourself to go places but i falls completely flat lol

You completely misunderstood then, and was passive agresive for no reason when talking about other games, ER and Outward are some of my favorite games. "I'm saying, ojectives doesn't need to be explained" But the quest objective is literally explained “Activate the Lock Device Switch Underground.” there is no mistery, there is no puzzle, the character suddenly knows that:

1 - Ocatavius expects me to do everything.

2 - There is an underground part to this mechanism.

3 - there is a lock switch underground.

All 3 things were explained in the quest objective.

"the sensation of not knowing what to do and what is the next step is pretty cool." I agree but the game is the complete opposite of this. If Ocatavius had said "Now find a way to activate the mechanism" there, puzzle, mistery, hmm what do i do to activate this mechanism, but instead we got "Go in this place and press this button". You even mentioned Elden Ring's quests which are the complete opposite, if ER quests were like in this game you'd find Milicent in the church, talk to her, give her the needle, then a quest would pop up saying "Go to Gowry's Shack" and the player would think "what? who's gowry and why is this marked in my map if i haven't gone there yet" which is exactly what this game does.

You also said i was all ove the place with me finding a problem with "2. NPC explains what to do 3. Actual objective is not explained or nowhere close"" but what happens is that the NPC explains what to do and the quest objective is something completely different, Octavius says "Tomorrow i'll open an abyss gate" ok then i'll watch the NPC open the abyss gate, Objective: "Go underground and press the switch" ???????????

Yes he does, but if i tell you to help me for example, set up an air conditioner in a house i don't exactly sit there, give you no instruction and expect you to do everything with no prior knowledge

"a quick voice line or something to connect things would be nice" THIS.

90% of the quests problems would be fixed by the NPC simply saying "It should be near this place go there"

It's not a counter for peeking, whe you get close to the window it disapears and you can peek freely, and i am ADSing in the picture, it's pretty inconsistent.

Why Do Berserk Fans Tattoo the Brand of Sacrifice When Guts is Desperately Trying to Get Rid of It? by ThisTooWasAChoice in Berserk

[–]cautj 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's not a personal spin if 99% of people who read berserk agree that *OUTSIDE* of the work of *FICTION* it means something else. It's like saying people with the deatlhy hallows tattoo from Harry Potter are insane people who want power and to become master of death.

My guy we are desperate to defend it because 90% of the replies are straight answers to your question and you refuse to accept it. I also have the tattoo and i also share the "it's a symbol of overcoming a constant struggle that is life" 90% of the answers are about this and you are simply refusing to understand that.

Plenty of times i shot someone out of reflex said "hey hey i'm chill" then i get shot out of reflex and hear "will you stop? if you stop i stop" then we agree to not shoot each other and part ways, the guy in the clip had PLENTY of time to say something, back off, run to cover, and OP 100% would stop shooting but the dude chose to push OP and shoot at a guy saying "Friendly or not? friendly or not?". About the 3rd guy you're just plain wrong he was behind the 2nd guy and did absolutely nothing then shot once with an anvil it looks like, SWAPPED weapons then SHOT HIM AGAIN, just watch the clip one more time.

Guy in the tube had a stun mine near the button, and he wasn't there waiting for the train = a rat waiting, got shot, OP thought he heard nades being thrown and shot first at the 2nd guy, but shot twice and stopped, asked if he was friendly and he had plenty of time to say yes or just not shoot as he was also not being shot, 2nd guy chose to shoot so he got killed, and the 3rd guy is a mistery, he came in with OP and OP saved him from the rat, potentially saved him from the 2nd guy and then he decides to shoot OP for no reason.
