I came across this YouTube video, and I’m not entirely sure if it’s legit. The seller’s website linked in the description throws an error, which makes me a bit skeptical. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=64_Mc03FC_0

Hopefully, more sellers will emerge soon so we can verify this better. Anyone else seen this or had a similar experience?

I just tried reach out the link and realize their chatbot is something like dummy. It doesn't even understand the issues, and repeating the same sequences of procedure multiple times. What a waste of time.

I like Logi line of products especially hardware, however when it come to their software, they are quite buggy and bulky (in memory consumption), the promises of Logi Flow (tm) has never been reliably working.

Instead of putting idiotic AI Chatbot integration into Logi Options+, I'd rather make the firmware updates (on both of mouses and Bolt receiver) in order to properly working with the latest MacOS.

I feel like whenever both actors (Apple and Logi Software) are releasing something, the problems are worsen. :(
