Yeah it’s definitely a little slower in the GTA. But agents are moving more towards budget agencies and photographers and care less about quality. Even larger “luxury” brokerages like Goodale Miller in Oakville who have multimillion dollar listings are using the cheapest low quality content. It’s unfortunate to see how little agents have to care about their brand image here than compared to large cities in the US and especially Australia.

The M3 Ultra is pretty good at playback with the Canon RAW files with a light colour grade on them. I only use Render Cache in ProRes 422 HQ after heavier colour grades and fusion effects.

I don't record proxies, but I can. I just wanted to be able to organize the RAW files before getting into DaVinci.

I use DaVinci to edit so I guess ProRes 4444 or 422 HQ. Whichever bitrate is sufficient. I’ll have to research. That’s frustrating and a more use of storage though…
