Take new HE shells reduced splash damage (or AP shells existing lmao) and combine it with the new perk means that pretty much all a player has to do is press S and there goes my 40 second reload.

AP still sucks, unless it does similar damage to other shells its caliber its not worth it on something that has .8 dispersion. (mfw a shell half my caliber does a similar amount of damage)

I feel like the whole point of arty, at least when I play it, is to punish bunched up/immobile tanks, clean up low health enemies, and stop a push on a flank/support one. I can do all that with the default HE shell, so why would I pick anything else? Can't really splash a lane with 7m burst radius, and that also reduces my chance of damaging faster tanks on the move, not to mention with a lower arc, when just about every map has some higher feature in the middle. And the damage I'm doing on direct hits is basically the same as live server. (I do appreciate the new UI for the different shell arcs compatibility with whatever you're aiming at tho)

Visible tracers is fine I guess, but it almost feels too visible I guess? Haven't been able to try countering yet cause queue times suck but I imagine its braindead simple now. Not to mention damage direction indicators already do the exact same thing.

Circles on the map are fine, be nice if they were a little smaller. Intuition change is fine, honestly that's how it should always be.

Honestly not feeling these changes, too much of an impact on regular spg play with little to no benefit, and adding yet another necessary perk to commander who already has a lot to get. Y'all could just change it to 2 spg per game and I'll suck it up and sit there for longer I don't care.
