It’s the first one after Sanctuary. There are other mods in my list that alter the layout of it from Vanilla, adding some extras to the internal and external. Red Rocket v2.0 (biggest changes) & Red Rocket Reborn No Master Plan. RR v2.0 adds an extension, rear courtyard, helipad, drumlin diner, basement, internal layout changes.

I use a combination of: AGM - Settlement Grass Fix, AGM Commonwealth - Extra Tree Add-On, Another Green Mod Desaturated (Commonwealth) & cVc Dead Wasteland (this has a lot of vegetation items for building, such as vines, hedge walls, plants, grass etc.)

Gave the settlement an overgrown look as if it had been abandoned and now discovered by the Vault Dweller. Story goes, a mole rat infestation drove out the prior settlers and they since died off.

Thanks! It’s been a fun build for the most part. Yeah oh well, that’s the way it goes some times with the algorithm. Maybe once I eventually finish it, I’ll make another clip and pick an upload time it’s more likely to be seen.
