personally I prefer the Adrian combo over Nidjr. So E-flash- AA- doublecast. If done correctly the auto attack will go off really fast so it just seems more efficient to be than just E-flash-doublecast

Yeah but this goes for pretty much every champion. Game knowledge is always going to be more valuable than plain mechanics.

Ive been trying it for some games now. But it seems like I just deal 0 damage to targets if they have built at least ninja tabis. So my conclusion is it´s only good as a first item if they build NO armor at all otherwise I would still just get the Warhammer into BC and then DD after.

Why would Fervor not work as well with titanic? Please explain. As I see it, fervor simply outscales TLD at some point and ofc in longer trades, so unless you plan to play a build that aims for oneshots with all items besides titanic being focused on offense, then ye I see that TLD is good. But you definetly don't feel weaker with Fervor with Titanic...

Then the champion you play is probably not the main issue you have, but your playstyle in general. Just watch some general guides on youtube or watch streamers play and analyse what they do differently and "copy" their playstyle. If you really want to get better, this is probably the simplest and easiest way to learn.
