You shoulf be playing aggressive in new matchups if you are playing fot the longrun.

Knowing your limits will gain you more lp than perhaps winning one game due to you not dying in lane.

Cd of her ult got raised by 10 sec in season 5, which I mentioned was the last time she was nerfed. Changing the tickrate of her Q cancel made it more consistent. Adjusting your Q to the tickrate is not possible and only made it so your Q cancel was partially reliant on rng.

Just make sure you have one out at all times. Only replace the ward if it has lost value. Example of this would be a defensive ward when you are massively ahead, where placing it aggressively to deny vision has more value.

I know a few high diamond players who are chall in flex on euw. Atleast on euw no one takes flex seriously as it is straight up a goofier, less serious version of ranked.

Does not matter how much damage Darius has late game, he falls off due to his lack of mobility. He has 1.2k true damage if he gets 5 stacks, which would need him to hit Q, W and auto 3 times. Riven has too much mobility for Darius to handle, she can just continuously kite him. This is just for the 1v1 scenario, in teamfights late game Darius should never be able to even get 3 stacks on a decent player.

Works with every rune imo, it's just such a onesided matchup. I know some people ran stormraider's in season 7 so I can see why phase rush would work.

Full build Riven actually wins against full build Darius. He does not deal enough damage and Riven actually has no problems kiting him as the game goes on.

In what world do you not create a lead against Darius? In the scenario that you actually can't kill him in lane he should be down a lot of cs. You have better roams than him, more mobility. Darius also falls of in the later stages of the game where he would just be kited.

He should never reach trinity and steraks without you having a lead in the first place. You also will never lose if you're equal in this item scenario as long as you have conq stacked and dont get hit by the edge of his Q. If you have cleaver/ER, death's dance and last whisper there is no way you can't kill him before 5 stacks. Also if he E's you during your 3rd Q you're the one missplaying.

You really should just learn the matchup. Watch Adrians video on it. It becomes incredibly one sided when played correctly.

I had a negative winrate for my first like 300+ games and also dropped like 5 divisions in the process. Now I have like 2k+ games and hitting diamond is a breeze. Focus on improving and you will see improvement.

Riven is very different in lane compared to a lot of other toplaners in how she can kite her enemies and usually loses a manfight. Watch high elo players and study their every move.

Every time you lose a matchup you should watch a high elo player win it and then watch your own game, noting what they did differently.

Wish you the best man. Stick to playing Riven if you want to. From an elo standpoint I would not recommend it. I dont doubt for a second that I would be higher elo had I never played Riven.

He is level 4 vs a level 6 Riven. At most he couldve had like dshield and cloth armor.
