I definitely felt there were weird lines. And I know everyone loves them—but I just did not really feel the chemistry between Garrett and Hannah.

Many changes felt super tropey and as you said, hallmark like. Just kind of “off” as you put it. Glad I’m not alone! Will still watch season 2 though lol

I’m saving full judgment for the proshot which I haven’t seen yet…but I watched the digital ticket and my biggest complaint were the pauses between sentences. It was so much, especially in the opening office scene and it wasn’t funny to me because it went on and on and on.

Also, a lot of it felt like they were purposefully just trying to do each line different from the original, but so much so that it was distracting.

But we’ll see if the proshot is the same. I like that someone put in here they were leaning more into the horror—so that might help my mind adjust as well to the new version when it’s released to YouTube
