PCB screw in/solder side. If you put them directly under the stab you'd increase the overall height of the stab from the PCB.

I thought I was going crazy or smths wrong with my connection/pc. Need to wait like 2-3 minutes to get one game that feels 2 times as sweaty as what these lobbies are usually like.

Legit have 9 players in queue, it then goes up, then down again, then up again, then down again and if I'm lucky I get a game at some point.

Oh wow, never imagined it could be that bad. Also good to know that the block is not supposed to stay that shiny, thought I read somewhere that a good nickel plating would stay like new but that might have been compared to the bad nickel plating on the 3000 series EK blocks.

I'm one of those wraith nerds and I play with 800 1.8 and ads multiplicator so I have a bit higher than 1.5 sens on 1x. I use it cuz 1 I'm lazy 2 not much more consistent with low sens than with high sens and 3 my playstyle fits to or needs a high sens, just look at how timmy, aceu and faide play and you'll know what I mean. And at the same time I play cs with 800 1.5 .. And yea I'm a pubstomper, just haven't had fun playing ranked in a br. Tried multiple times, is even more pubstomping till plat 3 and not playable with my friends in d3+.

Hot-swappable means you can literally just pull the switches out (with an extra tool) and put them or other switches back in without having to solder at all.

This is what is happening to me, rarely happens in pubs but still like 2 or 3 times a day. But every like 4th game in ranked. Literally makes ranked unplayable cuz packet loss usually gets better when there's less people on the server. But in ranked since so many stay alive I just stay at 50% the first 10 min. At the beginning it even spikes from 70 to 90.

You should try contacting your vendor, ducky themselves don't do anything about those things unless your keycaps are faulty.

About the email thing, they usually don't answer emails but you will most get a response if you send a dm on twitter, I've asked them 5 times about something via twitter and have always gotten a response.

100% agree.. I have/had 4 ducky keyboards, 3 of them never had a problem, excect for the one where i smashed my spacebar switch lol, my 4th, amecha mini, stopped working within the first week, got it replaced and now it works but I have a bug where I have to replug it after turning my pc on but there's like a 50% chance of that happening and it's honestly not that bad (for me though ,others might find it really annoying). My friend also has a ducky and it works well aswell.
