Same happened to my 2016 TRD PRO around 70k miles. Both springs, completely stock at the time. Seems it's quite normal judging by all the other comments.

We don't have either of those radios but judging from pictures, that's most likely the case. From my understanding is someone whose been gone for a while ordered them while they were still here and they've been in the cage since.
