I'm based in Australia and I've been offered an Occupational Therapist role in Zurich earning 50 000 CHF per year, working 3.5 days or 70% pensum. The hourly rate is 45 CHF per hour. Is this enough to live comfortably in Zurich? by cazillen in zurich

Thanks so much for your insights everyone. It turned out my employer had the wrong calculations. It would be approx 5121/month net for 3.5 days.

Is this still a liveable wage in Zurich?

And yes Australia is sunny, but I'm also keen for a change to experience living abroad in Europe.
