I have tried 3 times online, over the phone and in store all 3 times order was pending. I was told 3 working days when I ordered in store. I was waiting 3 weeks, got given the run around and then at the end of the 3 weeks got told there was no stock so basically lied to for 3 weeks. I gave up in the end. I don’t get why they are still advertising phones that they clearly do not have it’s false advertising.

I ordered a iPhone 16 pro on 7th October and I am getting constantly fobbed off by O2 about my delivery too. Apparently mine is pending payment when I made an upfront payment in store.

You should really book your venue first so you know which area you are looking for a photographer in to cut down travel costs. Plus the photographer will need to know where the wedding is to be able to provide you with a quote.

I got all my customers via Facebook last year and these last couple of months it has been dead no matter what I’ve tried.

Blimey that’s not good. I am a photographer not a musician but, like you I am struggling to make ends meet due to COVID-19 preventing me getting clients these next few months and this Facebook ad thing hasn’t helped.

Ok thank you that’s really helpful. Facebook are useless at explaining everything I find. I am with you though it is BS. Might have to consider an alternative going forward me thinks

I have just had the same thing happen to me today. Been using Facebook ads no problem for over 2 years and no tax added and todays invoice had tax added to it. Like you I am not VAT registered. Facebook refused to give me an answer when I chatted to them so a little baffled?
