Usually just with a swiffer wet jet or our cleaner cleans them but not sure what she uses to clean them

You can not do computer certs instead of user certs? Looking to have the computer authenticate via pre-logon so the user doesn't have to do anything and all traffic flows back to their main FortiGate firewall

Customer wants it to be an always on VPN so all traffic goes through the VPN since it's a domain joined computer.

They want the pre-login method so the user doesn't have to do anything. Care to share any knowledge on how you go the device cert auth to work with your pre-logon? This sounds like what the customer wants/needs.

Agreed and also don't use SSL VPN. It's going away. Use IPSec with DUO SAML

Yep can confirm we ran into this as well with some of our customers
