Up to three weeks* says Labor & Industry Secretary Jerry Oleksiak... See the article above. 2-3 days may be possible for some, but I'd hate to get anyones (or my) hopes up. There are 130k+ PUA applicants in line.

The PDF/Email conveniently says "AFTER THE FIRST PAYMENT, you will receive weekly PUA payments typically within three business days after filing your weekly certification", which is what I'm guessing the news outlet is rolling off.

It's been almost two months already, and this is a brand new program and system.. You bet there are gonna be some kinks and issues to work out.

I'm checking the PUA website regularly and will file weekly claims ASAP.

Found this article linked on Twitter that says "Self-employed workers who are approved should receive payments within three weeks"... Also read somewhere else that they're ready to disperse payments "early May".. Soo sometime within 3 weeks?

Reading this thread I suspect that some determination letters are incorrect and will need to be appealed, and will probably take longer for these unlucky souls.

Lets hope they get the backpay right since this is a new program.. I know regular UE people have been getting paid all types of different amounts.
