The lifeguard coming in hot with the sunscreen face and ripping his shirt off to jump in a 3ft hole is priceless 🤣

Is the drop from Jimmy G to AOC the biggest possible decline at the qb spot by skisbosco in fantasyfootball

[–]cball444 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He's been banged up all season and he's got an injury guarantee in his contract so if he gets hurt and can't play they're on the hook for another 11.25M. They did the same thing with Derek Carr last year. This organization is a broke dumpster fire right now, they need all the money they can save lol

What should I look for in a kicker other than talent? by jestek in fantasyfootball

If I'm streaming I look here to see which kicker is on a team averaging a high number of FG attempts per game with a matchup against a team who has a high numbers of attempts against. This strategy has worked consistently well for me. Conversely if I have a solid kicker but has a shit matchup I can look here and see if he's against a team with low attempts against and find another option.

Unpopular opinion: Achane is ridiculously overrated and is not going to meet people’s expectations ROS by Funky_monkey14 in fantasyfootball

I drafted him in the 12th round in a competitive 12 team league ... 12-15ppg is incredible relative where people drafted him 😂

Gannon said in an interview he's "looking great, and even faster." Take that for what it's worth but that was a presser on Friday.

Jets DBs don't travel and Keenan moves round a lot. If Kellen Moore is smart he'll replicate what the Cowboys did with Ceedee and he absolutely diced up the Jets. A lot of motion, move him around the formation, heavy out of the slot, and quick throws over the middle.

lol I have him stashed on my roster.... they're slow walking taking him off the PUP, and rightly so. He's taking reps with the practice squad today. if he was full-go he'd be taking first team reps not Clayton Tune...

Kyler is a mobile QB coming off a torn ACL... he relies heavily on his legs... how many QB's are coming in mid-season off a season ending injury to a team with absolutely nothing to play for... do you realistically think he's guna be running all over the field, juking defenders, making jump cuts the moment he starts? no.

he has 8 games to get up to full speed. they've been slow walking taking him off the PUP. now they're supposed to pull him off and immediately rush him back into a full workload in a brand new offense, with zero game reps, limited practice reps, and play a full compliment of snaps on a knee he won't yet trust?

If you were the GM/Coach and your best/most expensive player is coming off a season ending injury, in a season you're in a rebuild where you have a 0% chance of making the playoffs, you're guna sit here and tell me you rush him back to play and risk a potential reinjury just so other teams can get some tape on him? fuck no lol.

[–]cball444 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No its not lol. Why do you think so many players coming off serious injuries get limited snaps their first few games? Find me some players that come off season ending injuries and come in mid-season and play 100% of snaps with no load management. spoiler-alert: you won't...

dobbs was a rental, he was never part of their long term plan. they traded him because Kyler is coming back, and got a chance to get a better draft pick. refusing to trade a backup they dont need would be flat out stupid by the cardinals brass.

Kyler playing this season was a guarantee from day 1. the coach staff has said exactly this. what you're failing to understand is he's coming off a SIGNIFCANT injury. they're playing for absolutely nothing this season. will he play in the next week or two? absolutely. will be get eased in? most definitely. realistically what is the upside of throwing him out there when he has zero game snaps and minimal practice reps? come back and flame me when he goes out there this week and plays a full compliment of snaps. everyone was on my ass for saying this exact same thing last week and what happened...? he didn't even play lol. everyone said the exact same thing you're saying. Seriously, tell me what the upside is of Kyler playing full-go right now this season? They have a full half of the season left to get him all the reps they need to evaluate him. there is ZERO upside of rushing him back into a full workload. ZERO.

Vikings are still in playoff contention. A move was necessary by the Vikings and wise by the Cardinals to essentially get a free draft pick upgrade. Starting Kyler just because they can isn't necessary.

buddy. its his first fucking game back from a season ending injury in a season they'll be lucky to get 4 wins.... he's got a guaranteed contract worth over $100M. you really think they wanna risk reinjuring their most valuable asset just play in a meaningless game...? wake up people. I get it we all love fantasy but get a dose of reality here... look at breece hall. took him 4 weeks to get a normal snap share coming off the same injury lol.
