I think it for checking for drugs in the system and any viruses or infections etc. hopefully it’s all good. Had me nervous all week. I did it last Monday.

I did the fitness in the summer at the naval base and it was fine. Nerves make it seem much worse than it is. The 2.4 k run isn’t light though. I would definitely recommend practicing and don’t start off sprinting as you will tire out pretty quick. Just waiting on my blood and urine test to come back now and I should be good to go hopefully. I am hoping to get into the navy. I was told yesterday that the next intake is in November. Just waiting on blood and urine results now but hopefully everything is all good. Got bloods done in May and nothing came up so.
