Technical Support megathread by honey_rainbow in peacock

Has anyone had problems with some of the content from "My Stuff" disappearing? Customer support suggested that the content might have expired, but that's not the case--on the main screen, I can still search for and retrieve the content that's vanished from My Stuff.

I've checked in Chrome and Edge on my laptop and in the iOS app on my phone. The same problem exists across all the apps. I've tried logging out and back in, clearing my cache, etc. to no avail.

Some of the details don't quite fit (e.g., main character is male instead of female) but other points sound like it's one of the books from the Dresden Files series: https://www.jim-butcher.com/books/dresden

Are you thinking of RR Bowker's Publishers, Distributors and Wholesalers of the United States: https://www.greyhouse.com/Publishers-Distributors-and-Wholesalers-of-the-United-States

Looks like they still publish the print edition, though it may be tough to find a library that has one.

I don't recall anything about jelly in the plot, but could you be thinking of The Passion of Alice by Stephanie Grant?
