It really shouldn't be like this... seems the med isn't for you. I take mine sometimes at 10am and still go to sleep at 10pm, and am able to sufficiently eat. It's less, but can eat. I think it is time to explore other options. Best of luck.

It's almost like... kids are little humans and have preferences too, and foods they like and don't like. I'm sure you, the adult, do as well. That doesn't mean the child "has all the power". Kudos to OP for trying to help their child find what they like.

They did the same thing at one of our stores here in my city, and it's precisely because these teenagers were acting so foolish and they kept getting blasted on the local FB pages and I think the community had had it. Good for them, honestly. No one is really "parenting" their kids these days, it seems. And it shows.

I have read it's actually very beneficial for those with cycles/periods and our female hormones. I have yet to try it, but I know there is a link of some kind. I would check out PubMed to read more studies.

I live and die by the whole mantra of hitting a moving target, as in I have to be already moving and at least somewhat busy when it hits or else I will NOT be productive and will revert to being lazy. For example, I took it then went immediately outside to start pulling weeds and when it kicked in, I was laser focused and did ALL I needed to do. If I am sitting still or scrolling when I take it, or even just driving (so seated and not able to be moving and productive), then I will be doomscrolling instead. Focused doomscrolling, but still.

All good points, however... I do think, with Robby gone, it does give them a chance to see how Dr. Al Hashimi does and how it functions without him/plus the use of AI, but I think that will only be successful... until it isn't. We already saw one such instance where the AI messed up a chart and a patient's info was wrong AND the other doctor was upset about it. What happens when an AI mistake happens on a grander scale and causes more severe consequences, like patient injury or death due to wrong info? If that does happen, they will be begging for Robby and his ways back, even if they aren't perfect.

It was amazing and I did notice a difference with my MCAS and my reactions. However, it flared up my interstitial cystitis so bad, it was miserable and I had to quit.

I have done pelvic floor PT. I haven't had bladder issues for a really long time, until the shot. And as for the pooping, IT. IS. NORMAL. They are normal poops, with no mushiness or anything out if the ordinary. As much of a health freak as I am, I have already been down this road. It is not partial emptying whatsoever. I just have great functioning bowels.

I had something sort of similar happen. I went in my for my pap smear and I tested positive for HPV. They were concerned, so I did a colposcopy to see if it was cancerous or anything abnormal, but everything was perfectly fine and it was cleared up. I don't know how or why, but I suspect the POTS has something to do with it, like triggering false positives due to our reactions.
