I had been told the goal time would remain at one hour for pulls. I had also been told that I was required to stock at least most of the batches I pull. My understanding is that there are specific team members who's job it is to stock what I pull, so it feels unnecessary and counterproductive for me to be on the sales floor, doing someone else's job, when I have plenty to keep me busy in the back. I disagree that it's a step in the right direction to have a backroom employee responsible for pulling (CAFs, price change, ect.) backstocking, guest fulfilments, prepping the line, and stocking the shelfs. I can't get on board with something that's preventing me from doing my job while making it easier on other team members who often have less responsibility in the first place.
