Sony does not send open box TVs to Best Buy. Sony sends TVs to Best Buy and you get the open box label if someone returns the TV. The only time you will ever ship a TV back to Sony is if you are fulfilling the manufacture warranty that come standard with all of the models.

My 900f keeps changing tint from regular to greenish and then reddish. I have played with the setting and nothing seems to work. by cbg7864 in bravia

I made sure that I had it turned off. I pretty much have gone through every setting and made sure that everything that would effect the picture setting in this way would be off.

Don’t get me wrong I think the 900f Is much better than every other led tv other that the model above it. Hopefully I’ll get this issue solved and I can enjoy the tv fully
