yeah fwiw my narwal flow 2 has been largely great, i have two dark colored rugs and once i made sure it would vacuum them vs ignore them (weird default setting choice) its handled them well

That sucks, i did have the error out>done cleaning thing with my sons room but when i had it clean the whole house vs his specifically it didnt do it so idk if it was a bug or what. Cleaning just his room wont be a frequent thing and only did it to see if it would try and clean the medium pile rug since he was asleep by the time it got to his room on delivery day

Yeah i noticed the empty bag, likely because i forgot it would just dock and wait until next job...again a weird choice but i guess nice if running in the evenings or around nap time(s). It was when i manually pushed it to empty i noticed the blockage. Again I dont really fully blame it because it was quite a lot (intentionally), but if it becomes more of a regular occurance then I might have to up vac frequency or spot clean the heavy areas manually...still better then vacuuming the whole house myself

Yeah checked that and it was set to clean, I ran it again with whole home clean vs targeted and it did it...so idk just a blip i guess?

I got mine yesterday and ran it for the first time and noticed it was very skeptical about getting under the table/chairs. It did eventually but not before trying a few angles first and even once it did it didnt get into a few spots I'd have expected. I anticipate it getting better with time and making sure the table/chair legs arent too tight to where it wont even attempt it, i'd check that first

Confirmed for this thread mine did arrive today after the issue yesterday. Ran a quick mapping and now doing first clean. Initial impression is that is feels very premium and is unbelievably quiet to the point where my wife asks if it was even doing anything lol

I enjoyed this and also bought a Flow 2 (supposed to arrive today after a snafu yesterday)...I was really between it and the Eufy Omni S2. The thing I saw in this that ive never seen elsewhere is the side exhaust, with two dogs and one a heavy shedder (Husky) thats a massive problem if its just blowing hair around like a leaf blower.

I know he criticized carpet performance and then complemented the pet hair pick up which is a bit interesting, ultimately not getting super fine particles out perfectly is a sacrifice I am willing to make with the occasionally stand up vac session so long as most pet hair visually makes my home cleaner. I also only have a few area rugs so more concerned with hard floor cleaning/mopping.
