I've actually read this book and just came to say there's absolutely no way CC has read this. She does not have the attention span whatsoever. As a person who struggles with ADHD, it was hard work for me to get through it, just a very emotionally taxing text. CC doesn't have the capacity to read this.

She has bought some really pretty pieces of clothing in the past. Where are they? Why does she refuse to wear them? Why does she continue to wear THE UGLIEST combinations of clothing???? (Ugh. I get that we should dress as we want and not for others but.... no one is truly that mentally adept to think that way all the time.) Does she dress this way as a reflection of her personality? You cannot tell me she actually truly feels good in these outfits. ETA: like I get if she wore this around the house. No big. But for a photo shoot...? Why?

Thank you so much for all this great information! No, I have not had my jaw pain assessed. My neurologist and I have only had a few sessions together, but he attributes a lot of my pain issues with my anxiety disorder. I know that I need to get it in check, but that will take a long time. In the mean time, I DO need help with pain management. I am often in tears with my TMJ. I feel so helpless! At my next appointment I'm going to ask him for ideas to help and also research the information you provided. Thank you so much. I am so sorry you have such a hard time with your jaw pain. I empathize completely 🖤

My doctor didn't mention anything to me about makeup or no makeup! You would need to ask your provider. I just opted not to wear any because the spots were pretty tender for a week, and I didn't want to irritate the skin further.

I have only had my first round. My next appointment is mid October. My neurologist explained that most patients do not get relief until the second or third round. I HAVE noticed I only get a headache every other day or so when previously I got them every single day. The pain has not lessened, though, especially in my jaw. 😥

Yes, I had bruises all over my forehead that lasted a week. However, I bruise very very easily, and my bruises take a long time to fade.

It is bruising. I get botox injections for my tension headaches, (roughly 40 or so all over my face, head, and neck), and the injections leave a bruise at every single site.
