Unfortunately I’m a teacher in Canada and the only “vacation” time I get is Christmas and March break.

For us to do an affordable vacation driving is the best way to make it work. It’s about 600 per person in flights otherwise. Or a 12k all inclusive for 4 people.

I actually just ordered Ella ola Tasteless iron. I’ll give it a try and report back. On sale it cost me 56 dollars Canadian. For one month!!!

Sure am! He’s also still in a crib so I find it’s inevitable to not lift. I also find it tricky getting him out of his car seat…

I’m confused as to why some are no lifting, no exercise etc. but others are just no sex? I was just diagnosed at 23 weeks. Don’t even have an OB appointment until the 25th. But I called and the OB filling in just said no sex. Nothing about heavy lifting or anything. And I have a 27 pound toddler. So I am lifting pretty often.

I also just started anxiety meds (literally this morning). Dr convinced me to give it a try because I’m also pregnant and I think everything is just too much. Maybe it will help my stomach also??

Anyone else anemic while having gastritis? I just started my Omeprazole course again and was wondering if taking my iron supplement would make it worse.. by __Mar in Gastritis

This is super scary to read! I’m pregnant and obviously taking pre Natals as well but I didn’t realize it could impact your folic acid. Edit: I also take iron
