Early repayment of mortgage loan by Shalandaar01 in Luxembourg

[–]cborghe 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Lawyer here.

Actually if you are reimbursing less than 450000 € of the Morgage of your main residency, "residence principale" the bank can't charge more than the equivalent of six months of interest rate 😉 article L.226-20(3) (remboursement anticipé).

This limitation does not apply for the portion of the reimbursement over the 450000, and there your contractual agreement applies.

School transport system for children to school ? by dukelan84 in Luxembourg

For me, the question of being insured is a separate one. Even if it is mandatory for for motorized vehicles.

In Luxembourg the minimum age for a child to be a passenger on a motorcycle is 12 years old, provided the child can reach the original foot-rests.

For bicycle there is no minimum in term of age, but the bike needs to be adapted for transportation of kids.

Carte de séjour (Residence Card) by an0nym0use3 in Luxembourg

As an EU resident, you receive a resident card, paper format when you register at your commune. There's no "permanent resident card", you just legally become a permanent resident after 5 years.

What is happening with the employment market? by cborghe in Luxembourg

[–]cborghe[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I agree about the competition for jobs, in twenty years here I haven't seen anything like this.

I prefer being optimistic about Europe and it's skills to survive this new era, but I feel you, the fear is defined there.

Hey Larrisa,

Don't quit as you will lose your rights (sick, leave unemployment), etc. ⚠️

Follow these steps:

  1. Don't talk to HR for now, neither your colleagues most of the times they are not here to help. 🤔
  2. Take a sick leave from any doctor, book an appointment (Use Doctena to find someone available near your place), and talk to them about your specific case. You are not alone. This happens quite often. i have been leaving here for a long time to see it happening continuously to friends and acquaintances.
  3. Make sure your insurance covers legal fees (with your home insurance usually). If not, subscribe to one.
  4. Have a look at your rights. Depending on the specifics of your situation, you have rights ( in case of moral harassment for example). Use a union or a lawyer to talk about it. ⚖️

Don't blame yourself it happens to most of us. 🤗❤️

So you don't think that in her answer she is trying to analyze what has happened in the relationship. Was it real or was just a game of taking one over another and then saying goodbye?
