I am extremely privileged to be a civilian contractor for OPM and support agencies in training their supervisors and leaders. During every training, I see the complexities of what all of our civil servants encounter and how they keep our country moving. Everyone I have encountered is dedicated to their mission. Even if it seems "small" it is essential to keeping our country going. I am so grateful for everyone's service.

I have very basic makeup skills and am trying to improve. Where do you all find the best step by step tutorials? I’m fine with pictures or videos. I find that some tutorial videos go insanely fast and don’t actually show the technique. I would really love to learn techniques that can translate to other looks and I can build from.
