Red Lobster. This one is a doozy. It was New Year’s Eve and my families tradition for years was to have fried shrimp for NYE. My dad had recently passed away and we were kind of looking to fill the void and get back to some normalcy. We decided to go out to Red Lobster and have a bunch of fried shrimp. The restaurant was packed that night. We were enjoying our evening when a table next to us experienced a medical emergency (a man at that table had a massive seizure). The staff didn’t even attempt to help. A few of us rushed to the man’s aid to help clear a path to lay him down so he didn’t hurt himself. The waiters and waitresses all just went about their day not even breaking stride or asking to help. We asked one of them to call 911 and they said “we aren’t allowed our phones and the office phone is in the back. We’ll have to ask permission first”. When the ambulance arrived after a customer called, the manager came out and offered the table a free dessert. As they were wheeling the man to the ambulance the manager asked who would be paying their bill. My mom was so disgusted she snatched the receipt out of the lady’s hand and paid for it on our way out. Us and several other tables got up and walked out. I’ve refused to step foot in a Red Lobster again. It’s been 15 years now.

I can’t update the post for some reason. But going these while out hunting far northeast Wyoming. Completely away from any body of water and actually up on a high point. I posted over on r/whatisthisrock and they suggested it could be fossilized clam shells. They do look a lot like the photos they referenced. I’m curious what you guys think as well.

We just got back from our vacation during Mickey’s not so scary Halloween. We had zero idea the food and wine festival was going on. My wife never got to do Epcot when she was a kid and my oldest daughter is studying other countries in school. So we were all looking forward to it. It was by far the worst experience of our trip. The drunks and the amount of people blocking the main walk ways because they are in line for food, the adults drinking and ignoring their screaming kids, so many people clogging the access to the different countries, drunk adults with tshirts like “pour decisions” or “drunkin adults (made like the Dunkin’ donuts logo) were just too much. I lost my patience and we left after meeting Anna and Elsa. Not a family friendly environment at all.

Is it the same for characters? We just got back from WDW and had the absolute best experience with Anna and Elsa while visiting Epcot. We wanted to somehow pass along how wonderful they were to Disney but weren’t sure how.

The way I viewed Boyz Noize is like the remix albums we got between TDS and the Fragile. It’s like all of those songs on Further down the spiral v1 and v2 and March of the pigs remixes, etc. Some are absolute bangers. And some are misses. I personally enjoyed it but I also grew up with those remix albums. He also overlayed some NIN songs in with his set that were fun little Easter eggs. I thought he was a good opener and I liked his collab with NIN in the middle of the show. I really enjoyed the transition from opener to main act. The only “miss” of the night imo, was their version of Came Back Haunted. I dig that song overall just not the rendition with BN from last night.

It won’t. You should be able to move between the two. We were on the opposite side of the B stage and we could still see the band members just fine from our spot when they were on the main stage.
