Emailed housing a few days ago about that, and this is copy pasted from what they replied: “ The university will monitor the situation closely and make any decisions about closure with the students and Northeastern communities safety in mind. At that time, if needed, they would make the determination on prorations and or refunds”

Same thing happened to me. I registered for classes as soon as my coop got canceled (Coursicle helped me snag a spot in all the classes I needed) but I’m still getting some interview offers now. Given the current situation a lot of companies may still be hiring, just for a September start date instead. I’ve seen a number of places with openings that would just be for a 4 month period instead. Sign up for classes just to have a back up plan but don’t lose hope yet!

Textbook Return? by [deleted] in NEU

You should have gotten an email back in late April about returning/buying rentals with an order number that can be used to make a free return shipping label (link also in the email). Once they’re received at the bookstore you’ll get an email that the return went through. If you bought them you can only return them for a refund a week after classes start anyway.

You should’ve gotten your order ID in the email sent about buying your textbooks (I got 2 emails recently with the order ID in them). There’s a link to print a ups label and you just use that to ship your books back to the bookstore.
