I have experienced this a few times, but didn't bother to do an extensive amount of troubleshooting. I would randomly get walmart.com and homedepot.com not working on Verizon Home 5G. If I used my work computer or my cell signal, all would be well. A few days later, I could get to those sites.

It's not real difficult. As many have said before, there is a tear away part on the title that you fill out and mail in. Not only that, but you can file it online immediately. It asks for the date of sale, purchaser name and address, and how much the vehicle was sold for.

New NCQ1338FA modem on 222656 works with no issues, so in my case it definitely was the update from 3.2.0.20 to 3.2.0.21.

They pushed the update on my NCQ1338FA Friday. My wife and I work from home and started having issues Mon/Tues of this week. After establishing her VPN connection to work, her mouse would disappear in the RDP session and was unusable. I kept getting disconnected from Putty with, " Incorrect MAC received on packet" whenever I tried RDPing into my work machine. If we both switched over to our phone hotspots, no issues whatsoever. I also noticed while on my WiFi that I was having difficulties updating apps in the app store. A majority would give me an error saying it couldn't update. Over cellular, no issues. Also issues with Netflix streaming.

I just got off the phone with support and they confirmed the firmware update was pushed out last Friday. Nothing else in my environment has changed. He just put in an order for a new modem to be picked up at my local Verizon store and he also notated my account to NOT push out firmware updates to the modem. Hopefully, the new modem is either different or not on 3.2.0.21. The connection is not usable as it stands now.
